Download Festival France

Download Festival Paris 2017

One of the biggest and most well-known rock and metal festivals, Download evolved from the Donnington Monsters of Rock, which was held yearly at Donnington park during the eighties and nineties and boasted some of the biggest names in the business. Download kicked into life in 2003, and as of 2016 is now held in France as well as the UK - and it still features the best, most kickass bands on the planet. Held at the Hippodrome de Longchamp, Download France 2017 is going to be phenomenal, featuring System of a Down, Linkin Park, and of course Blink-182!

Nova Rock Festival

Nova Rock Festival 2017

The greatest rock festival Austria has to offer, Nova Rock kicked off in 2005, and boasts an audience of over 30,000 a day over the 3 day festival period. Much like Download, Nova Rock boasts some of the biggest names in rock, metal and alternative music. Hosted in Nickelsdorf, Nova Rock 2017 promises to be one of the best years for the festival, with names such as Green Day, Rancid, System of a Down, and Linkin Park sharing the headline spot with Blink-182. At Nova Rock, three days are not enough!

Hurricane Festival

Hurricane Festival 2017

Hosted in Scheeßel near Bremen, North Germany, Hurricane Festival is one of Europe's premier alternative music festivals. Although it's become steadily more mainstream over the years, the backbone of this fantastic festival is still one of rock and metal. First held in 1973, the festival evolved over the years and finally evolved into Hurricane in 1997. Boasting some of the biggest names in music over the years, from David Bowie, to Rammstein, to Biffy Clyro. Hurricane 2017 will see Green Day, Maximo Park, and Blink-182 taking to the stage in style!

Southside Festival

Southside Festival 2017

The sister festival to Hurricane, Southside is held in Tuttlingen, South Germany on the same three days, making these two legendary European festivals twins! First held in 1999, Southside has the same alternative rock/metal vibe as Hurricane, featuring some of the best names in the business over the years. Some of the bands to bring the thunder to Southside include Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Placebo, Dropkick Murphy's and Muse, although the festival isn't afraid to throw a few curve balls in there, with artists such as The Feeling and Jack Johnson appearing alongside the hardcore alternative bands! Southside 2017 has a fantastic line-up, featuring Green Day, Flogging Molly, and Blink-182!
